Value of Yard

A yard sign is probably the best marketing tool you can use. We have an addendum that we give to sellers that gives us permission to start marketing once we have a signed contract. By signing the addendum, they give us permission to put a lock on the door and a yard sign, as well as to show the property at pre-approved times. Of course, they don't always sign, and if they don't, we respect that. However, when they sign, we'll jump right into it.
